Candidate should have experience in sophisticated corporate transactions and public company representation, with a focus on capital markets, in particular ’33 Act issuer side transactions and ’34 Act reporting, exchange listings and corporate governance. Prior experience with cross border transactions or foreign private issuer representation is preferred but not required.
