Rutgers Business School is seeking senior faculty applicants for the CRRI Chair in the Department of Finance and Economics in the Rutgers Business School – Newark and New Brunswick at the rank of Associate or Full Professor. The successful applicant must have an outstanding publication record in economics and/or finance journals and must regularly write on topics in which the regulatory environment is of central importance in several such areas as corporate governance, consumer finance, retail and investment banking, digital economy, crypto currency, fintech, microstructure of financial markets, risk-management, taxes, electricity, gas, water, and/or telecommunications. The successful applicant will be encouraged to actively participate in the activities of the Center for Research in Regulated Industries, the Department of Finance and Economics and Rutgers Business School. The Finance and Economics Department has 40 full-time faculty members. The Rutgers Business School offers BS, MBA, Masters of Quantitative Finance, and Ph.D. programs that include finance and applied economics concentrations.
