- The visiting professor program is open to distinguished professors in top universities to visit our school to facilitate research and teaching collaboration.
- This is not a full-time job and the visiting professors need to visit our school for a short term.
- We will provide academic and financial support during their visit.
Compensation, Benefits and Research Funds
Supported by the Charles Huang Foundation, compensation and research funds are highly competitive and commensurate with qualifications and positions. For qualified candidates with tenure-track positions (Assistant Professor and above), the compensation package can range from RMB420,000 to RMB1,500,000 or higher depending on positions and experience, together with other fringe benefits like attractive housing allowance, social insurance, housing accumulation fund, health care, high-quality educational resources for children, etc. In addition, large amount of research funds will be provided to encourage and support their initial and successive research activities.
