Domino’s Pizza (The “Company”) has engaged Major, Lindsey & Africa on an exclusive basis to conduct a search for a Corporate Counsel.

Overview:
The Corporate Counsel will provide legal support in a number of areas, including but not limited to corporate securities and corporate governance, transactional matters and in reviewing policies, procedures, communications, training, and other materials intended for employees, franchisees and other key constituencies across the enterprise. The successful candidate will also provide additional legal support to other functions and handle special projects as necessary for the Legal Department.
Experience:
The successful candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate law department handling securities and governance matters. A combination of in-house experience at a public company and in private practice is preferred. Knowledge and experience in securities law, corporate governance, corporate finance, and compliance matters, and willingness to learn other areas of the law.
Location/Relocation:
This is a national search. This position will be located at the Company’s headquarters in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This is an in-office role and relocation to Michigan is required.
