The RA3 Contract Specialist is responsible for the preparation, drafting, review and negotiation of simple to moderately complex training affiliation; core lab services; and sales and service agreements, and other contracts which may be assigned by the Supervisor and the Director - Contracts/Awards. This role negotiates terms and conditions of simple to moderately complex contracts, and provides guidance and counsel on a wide variety of contract-related matters to senior departmental administrators while supporting senior Contract Officers with their portfolios and the Office of Sponsored Research (OSR) staff.
