General Purpose of Job The Paralegal will support the Vice President, General Counsel, and work primarily under the direction of the Director of Legal Operations, in providing legal support to the cooperative. This position will assist in drafting legal documents and correspondence, including board-level materials such as policies, memoranda, and resolutions, processing and responding to subpoenas, assisting with bankruptcy matters and related legal processes, conducting legal research, case management, assisting with interpretation of legal documents and responses to legal inquiries, and other legal-related matters.
