General Counsel - Corporate
Summary The General Counsel is responsible for providing and overseeing legal strategy and support of the Company’s business activities with a focus on contracts, corporate governance, human resources, litigation management, regulatory law (MSHA, OSHA, EPA, etc.), and management of external counsel.
