The Deputy Director of Investigations manages a team of Ethics and Compliance Professionals, provides policy and staffing recommendations to the Title IX/EEO Officer, and acts as the Title IX/EEO Designee and supports the Title IX/EEO Officer in providing oversight and compliance of harassment, discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual violence, and retaliation as defined by University and federal policies and regulations including Title VII and Title IX for UCSF. The incumbent serves as a subject-matter expert on all related laws and regulations, as well as institutional policies and procedures and leads activities related to audit, evaluation, correction, monitoring, review, and investigation to ensure consistent and quality institutional prevention and response to reports
