The Opportunity The Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (BCBSNC) Foundation is seeking an experienced and strategic leader for the position of VP of Finance and Operations. This pivotal role will oversee all aspects of financial and operational management, ensuring alignment with the Foundation's mission to enhance health outcomes and advance social impact. As a trusted advisor to the Foundation’s leadership, the VP will work closely with a leadership team and other staff across the organization to guide the organization’s financial operations, processes and workflows, data infrastructure, and grant making operations. The role is key to our organizational focus on operational excellence to cultivate continuous improvement, increase effectiv
