The position supports the Corporate Secretary’s office in the day-to-day operations and functions in providing legal support on public company securities reporting and corporate governance compliance. Responsibilities will include the following: Assist with developing materials that are presented to Board and committees (i.e., agendas, minutes, resolutions, corporate governance reviews, director independence, related party transactions) Support preparation and filing of SEC documents, including Forms 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K and proxy statement.
