Board Manager
The Board Manager will facilitate the work of the Board and its Executive Committee under the supervision of the Executive Director by creating agendas, preparing meeting materials including workbooks, taking clear and concise minutes and completing them through the specified approvals process. Maintain and update all information for the Board and Executive Committee through iMis.  Review, maintain and update policy manuals as approved by the Board.  Key Responsibilities:  Work with the Executive Director and President on the creation of agendas, meeting materials and workbooks for Board and EC meetings, take concise minutes, preparation and distribution of such in accordance with policy.  Collaborate with Governance Coordinator on
