UKG seeks a Corporate Counsel to join our Corporate Affairs team.  The role will support our M&A, securities & equity compensation, and corporate secretarial functions. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally and act as a facilitator on various domestic and global legal matters.  Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, Corporate Affairs, you will be expected to identify and analyze legal issues and risk, draft and review key documents, present clear recommendations to senior leaders, manage external counsel and costs and provide support on a wide range of issues, as set out below. As the role will flex across a range of issues, we are looking for someone with experience managing initiatives independently and a demonstrated record of strong business judgement.      Key Re
