The Paralegal plays a vital role in providing guidance and assistance to voting/consulting staff, allied health staff, attorneys, paraprofessionals, and other parties, both internally and externally, in responding to and resolving legal matters affecting Mayo Clinic. The Paralegal requires effective management of a large and diversified workload, strong decision-making capabilities, a high level of independent judgment, and a profound understanding of the organization and its business needs.
