The RA3 Contract Specialist is responsible for the preparation, drafting, review and negotiation of simple to moderately complex training affiliation; core lab services; and sales and service agreements, and other contracts which may be assigned by the Principal Contracts Specialist Supervisor and the Director - Contracts/Awards. This role negotiates terms and conditions of simple to moderately complex business contracts, and provides guidance and counsel on a wide variety of contract-related matters to senior departmental administrators while supporting senior Contract Officers with their portfolios and the Office of Sponsored Research (OSR) staff. The Contract Specialist will be the institutional representative throughout the life of the contract. During the contract negot
