The Associate General Counsel – Policy will be part of the legal team supporting the policy work of CSBS.  The individual will work cross-functionally across CSBS providing banking and financial services expertise supporting the organization’s public policy work.  The individual will provide expertise and support to state financial regulators on federal banking laws, including the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, Federal Reserve Act, Bank Holding Company Act, and National Bank Act. This will include research and analysis of current and proposed financial services laws and regulation.  The individual will also monitor and report on judicial developments in financial services at both the state and federal level.
