Job Description: This position executes contract and insurance activity with external entities to the University. Serves as an expert resource to internal customers. Partners closely with Legal Affairs and Risk Management to ensure that University contracts comply with university policies, procedures, state and federal law, and ensure the university is protected.Job Responsibilities Include:Independently review and execute contracts to include recommendations on business terms, defined legal terms, independent contractor insurance status, and terms negotiation with suppliers and contractors.
