POSITION OVERVIEW:   This is a full-time, fundraising and marketing position reporting to the Director of Advancement. This person will be responsible for the design, implementation, management, and success of all aspects of the Ursuline Academy Annual Fund which is designed to build operating support for the school. The individual in this role will create programs and events designed to strategically identify and cultivate all constituencies in meaningful ways that transition into engaged volunteers and donors and create a sustainable and growing culture of philanthropy at the Academy. This person is also responsible for the planning and implementation of programs and projects that strategically engage Ursuline alumnae.     SPECIFIC DUTIES:
