The Associate General Counsel provides expert legal services for El Rio Health. Gives legal guidance and opinions based on experience, expertise, governing law, and organizational strategies. Primary areas of responsibility include contract negotiation, real estate transactions, support for the board of directors, compliance, corporate governance, privacy, and claims/litigation management.
