Position Summary The Executive Director reports to the Highlands Performing Arts Center Board of Directors and provides a visible presence in guiding the overall strategic plan of the Center, including fundraising, programming, educational outreach, and advocacy.  The primary function of the Director is to provide artistic leadership, strategic planning, and overall management for the PAC.  The Executive Director is responsible for PAC program planning, fiscal management, fundraising, oversight of operations, and marketing.  The Director leads the preparation and administration of the organizational budget, and monitors related revenues and expenditures to provide effective, efficient, and economical fiscal management of the facility and its programs.  The
