The Intellectual Property & Legal Affairs Department at Gladstone Institutes is looking to fill a critical technology transfer role. Candidates who are highly organized, communicative, resourceful, dependable, task-driven, and team-oriented are invited to apply for the role of Intellectual Property Analyst.  This position is full-time, can be effectively remote, and will be filled on a temp-to-hire basis. The IP Analyst will draft, review, and negotiate material transfer, data use, lab service, and non-disclosure agreements, as well as perform due diligence to ensure the agreement terms are appropriate.  Training will be provided such that the IP Analyst will become the key individual
