The President and CEO of JTCHS provides leadership and strategic direction for the operation of the organization and effective administrative management that supports its mission, vision, values, goals, and objectives.  Under the guidelines of the Board of Directors, this  Executive will utilize the organization's mission, vision, values, goals and objectives as the foundation for administrative action.  The President and CEO directs planning, development, operations, and the on-going evaluation of the organization, ensuring the provision of quality patient/customer care in the most cost-effective manner.
