Basic Qualifications
JD or equivalent legal education and five or more years of relevant experience required.
Additional Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for people who have:
Experience in policy research in the corporate governance field, a plus.
Published academic papers in this field, a plus.
Excellent writing and research skills.
Demonstrated experience making complex judgments independently.
Ability to take initiative, anticipate and resolve problems, and implement general directives and principles.
Working Conditions
The position is based primarily on campus with the opportunity for flex work based on business needs and manager approval.
Additional Information
This is a one year term appointment with potential for renewal subject to funding and departmental need.
