Corporate Counsel--Real Estate
This is an in-house legal role that will report to the Great Southern Homes (GSH) General Counsel and will primarily work with real estate and contractual matters for GSH, as well as assisting in financing real estate and development deals. The role will also involve general support for the GSH General Counsel as needed. Responsibilities: Drafting and negotiating a variety of real estate contracts ranging from the purchase of raw land to developed lots Preparing and coordinating frequent real estate closings and associated documents Handling real estate financing for GSH real estate and development projects
