Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Review and provide both legal and business advice for a variety of corporate and business matters.
• Interact with and support various in-house clients across the company.
• Advisor to divisional management and corporate functions.
• Provide creative and practical legal and commercial advice and counsel to business clients on an array of business and contractual issues while coordinating with other Legal team members and stakeholders as necessary, building trusted advisor relationships and collaborating effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Provide other legal support, including assisting with general corporate and commercial research, providing analysis and advice on a range of business and legal issues and trainings to in-house clients.
• Negotiate and draft business contracts and service agreements.
• Conduct legal research to stay up to date on laws and regulations.
• Effectively use tools and technology to manage and track deliverables and legal organization metrics.
• Scope special projects and processes and set and manage timelines with limited supervision.
• Work effectively with outside counsel.
• Support best practices.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 5-10 years of legal experience or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
• Graduate of an ABA or foreign equivalent law school, member of a bar in good standing, eligible to practice law in jurisdiction.
