The Senior Financial Analyst provides support for medical group finance functions to ensure that operational leaders have the information they need to be good stewards of BSHSI resources.Primary job functions include actively participating in the month end close process and the annual budget preparation (both operational and capital), providing financial, staffing, volume, realization rate, revenue and associated analysis as needed, preparing mid-month and longer range forecasting, creating pro formas, training and working with practice leads, and providing any other finance reporting as needed.
