ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the development and implementation of policies and initiatives that create an environment of house staff engagement and help ensure compliance with all applicable policies and collective bargaining agreements. You will collaborate with house staff organizations, DGSOM and UCLA Health Human Resources, program leadership, and Graduate Medical Education leadership on matters involving fair treatment of house staff under policy, application of FML and disability accommodation policies, due process, and complaint resolution. Functions involve the design and administration of procedures and plans related to employee workplace issues
