Job Description The Assistant General Counsel - Assistant Corporate Secretary works with the Corporate Governance Team, which is responsible for all corporate governance matters, including but not limited to supporting the Board of Directors, its Committees, and the Bank’s subsidiaries and affiliates.  This position also manages any regulatory responses that go through the Office of General Counsel, as well as providing general legal advice to the Bank and its business units.  This position reports directly to the Associate General Counsel, Assistant Corporate Secretary.•    Support the Bank’s Board of Directors and its Committees, and subsidiaries and their Boards, inclu
