Position: The Senior Counsel will be a key contributor to the Company’s legal team, primarily focusing on serving as business partner to the Company’s Renewables business, on the corporate governance matters attendant to a publicly traded company, and on handling various other transactional and corporate matters, including review, negotiation, and drafting of a wide variety of agreements and litigation/claims matters ranging in complexity and common in the agriculture industry for the corporation and the ATP business unit. 

Experience: The successful candidate will possess a minimum of seven (7) years of legal practice, preferably (though not required to have been) gained at both a law firm and in-house position.  They will have general commercial and transactional experience (preferably B2B), and preferably, some corporate secretarial/governance and practical experience with and understanding of requirements and standards of NASDAQ listed public companies.

Location: Position based in Maumee, Ohio, and will be primarily in the office, with opportunity for hybrid work.  May involve limited domestic travel.
