Overview: The Corporate Counsel will advise business stakeholders from each Spectrum Brands’ four Business Units on the legal aspects of a broad range of strategic, tactical, and operational issues, at all levels of the division and in all areas, including manufacturing, supply chain, purchasing, finance, transportation, engineering, and business development. The ideal candidate should have significant corporate law experience and be able to provide legal counsel to the executives and business teams across each Business Unit and oversee management of their legal affairs.

Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits.

Location: Spectrum Brands will consider a remote working arrangement for this role.

Experience: The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of legal experience, including preferably a mix of law firm training and in-house practice at a consumer goods company with multinational operations. The candidate must have a strong working knowledge of general corporate matters, including transactions, contracts, commercial, and general advice regarding business risk.
