Position: The Senior Corporate Counsel will be responsible for providing practical, commercial legal advice primarily on corporate governance and contractual matters. In addition, the Senior Corporate Counsel will manage external counsel and assist with general commercial matters, employment, litigation, and other related legal issues as required by Bridge’s partners and management team. The Senior Corporate Counsel will be getting in on the ground floor of developing Bridge’s legal department and team. Counsel will have significant exposure to the top business leaders at Bridge and work closely with other legal department colleagues, senior leaders, and business executives in a collaborative, results oriented, nimble, entrepreneurial and positive business environment.
Experience: The successful candidate will have at least eight years of legal experience, ideally with some of those years at a law firm with strong experience in corporate contracts and governance. Prior in-house experience is preferred but not required. A background as a corporate “generalist” will be considered an advantage
