Overview: The position of Senior Corporate Counsel will provide legal advice and counsel on strategic and operational decisions and agreements, commercial transactions, governance, SEC reporting, data privacy, and other legal matters applicable to public companies. The position reports to the Vice President of Legal Affairs.

Company: NanoString Technologies (NASDAQ: NSTG) is a publicly held provider of life science tools for translational research. The company's technology enables a wide variety of basic research and translational medicine applications.

Compensation: Competitive compensation package includes base, bonus, and equity components.

Experience: Corporate attorney with a minimum of 6 years’ experience at a law firm, in-house at a company, or a combination thereof, in a mix of areas that may include commercial transactions, M&A, securities, corporate governance, data privacy, and general public company representation matters, as well as familiarity with laws and regulations applicable to life sciences and biotech companies.

Relos: Local candidates strongly preferred, hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite weekly). This is a national search, relocation will be considered for strong candidates.
