Corporate Counsel
POSITION SUMMARY The Corporate Counsel, Legal Advisory and Transactions will be a member of the Legal Advisory and Transactions Team within the Legal Department. This individual will assist with the general contract and legal counseling needs of the Company and will also be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of contract management policies and procedures, ongoing training and education, and monitoring legal trends that impact the business. The Corporate Counsel will develop a strong understanding of the Company’s businesses and risks and develop productive, collaborative working relationships with the business teams.
