The Program on Corporate Governance seeks to foster research and scholarship about corporate governance and facilitate discourse in this field among academics, practitioners, and policy-makers. The Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance, the country's premier online forum for corporate governance discourse, publishes more than five-hundred posts and attracts about two hundred thousand unique visitors each month.
As Publications and Research Director, you will:
Manage and oversee the activities of the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance
Conduct and oversee research into corporate governance documents such as those issued by companies under the securities laws and/or placed on their websites and corporate governance practices
As directed by the Faculty Director, participate in program fund-raising and in developing, managing, and leading other activities of the Program such as interacting with stakeholders of the Forum, and exploring the establishment of a companion online forum on stakeholder capitals
Collaborate regularly with other researchers and senior members of the Program
Participate in overseeing the work of other researchers and Program staff, including: webmasters working on the Forum; program associates; program fellows; and program research assistants working on research into corporate governance documents and practices
This is an initial appointment through June 30, 2022, with renewal subject to funding and Project need.

Union: 00 - Non Union, Exempt or Temporary
Master's degree and 8 years of relevant experience required
M.B.A. or J.D. or equivalent strongly preferred
Experience with online forums or publications
We are looking for people who have:
Excellent writing and research skills
Proven experience in managing complex projects and managing and overseeing staff.
Must have the ability to take initiative, anticipate and resolve problems, and implement general directives and principles.
