Armstrong Teasdale is seeking an associate in our St. Louis office with 3-5 years of experience assisting clients with M&A, securities, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and general corporate matters to join its Corporate Services Group.
The ideal candidate will be a high performer who can demonstrate superior communication skills; has excellent academic credentials; possesses good interpersonal skills for communicating with attorneys and
clients; is diligent and detail-oriented; demonstrates an ability to work independently and productively.
And shows a strong interest in advancing a career in corporate law. Large law firm experience preferred.
