The Senior Tax Associate, Tax Planning & Controversy will assist with the preparation and planning of Match Group’s global tax strategy and preparing analysis for on-going or anticipated tax controversy.
How you’ll make an impact:
You will support tax planning and opportunities that arise from operational or tax law changes
You will assist in the completion of corporate governance matters pertaining to entity maintenance and quarterly tax risk identification
You will help guide federal, state and international direct and indirect audits and appeals
You will prepare and maintain ASC 740 and 450 memorandum and supporting analysis
You will work on the completion of transfer pricing policies, calculation, documentation and review of transfer pricing reports, in addition to organizational and supply chain planning

The senior tax associates who succeed on this team are detail oriented broad thinkers, able to work in a fast-paced environment, ready to roll their sleeves up and get to work, and able to identify, understand and solve problems.
We could be a match if:
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 4+ years of tax, preferably with experience with TCJA, GILTI and FDII
You have a Masters in Tax or a CPA
You have a JD (preferred)
