Information and Cyber Security (ICS) is part of Wells Fargo's Technology organization. Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, IS protects our infrastructure, company data, and customer assets while ensuring alignment with applicable regulations and laws.
About the Role
Our Information and Cyber Security team is looking for an Information Security Engineer to join our ICS team. We are looking for a developer who can jump in and start working with very little assistance, with or without complete project documentation. This person should have the ability to analyze code and research techniques in order to understand the application. Strong troubleshooting skill, advanced TSQL design knowledge and automation skills is required.
Responsibilities
Designs, documents, tests, maintains, and provides issue resolution recommendations for complex security solutions and applications. Provides consulting on large projects for internal clients to ensure conformity with corporate information security policy, and standards. Leads application development and analysis, conducts technical investigation of incidents and conducts post-incident digital forensics to identify causes and recommend future mitigation strategies. Possesses subject matter expertise at a mastery level in SQL software development and desired full stack application capabilities Designs reusable automated test scripts while enhancing, debugging and executing automated test cases Develops database functions, scripts, stored procedures and triggers to support application development and automation Remediate data dependencies in collaboration with application owners and designs combinatorial, exhaustive, optimized automation ready test suite Identify discrepancies and defects, validating functionality and compliance to the requirements, document findings, suggestions and issue details in an exhaustive and informative manner Review all daily activities and ensure completion of shift duties for each team and proper handover Consolidate report and analyze appropriate metrics to improve service Interact & collaborate with the various stakeholder teams, to implement and adapt to the Enterprise Agile strategy Communicate well, maintain professional presence in verbal and written communication. Anticipates potential problems, avoids surprises, and elevates appropriately Identify areas of process improvement tasks includes but not limited to Maintenance, Administration, pre/post patching activities, Deployments & Configuration Management Responsible to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Proactive & creative development of engineering practices and automation/tools to enhance team productivity.

Essential Qualifications
Full time Graduate from reputed university. 7+ years' experience in database design and administration experience Proficient with TSQL and SQL Server 2008 - 2016 with experience ranging from Architecture to design and maintenance. Advanced knowledge of proactive design methodologies. Experience in creating automation framework with strong coding, design and analytic skills with working knowledge of Java and one or more automation tools like Selenium Strong experience in Java scripting, Git, Jenkins, , Maven and Artifactory Analytical thinker able to resolve ongoing issues or defects. Strong understanding of software security best practices Ability to troubleshoot code without prior exposure to the code Full understanding of data normalization techniques Full understanding of temporal table design and maintenance Ability to advance from project statement to well documented design Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present ideas and thoughts appropriately, manage complex issues and negotiate solutions effectively across a geographically dispersed organization Detail-oriented and persistent, able to drive complicated tasks through to completion

Proficient with Business Intelligence tools (SSIS, SSRS, and Tableau) Expertise with .NET Core and .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC & Angular 10 Ability to write code in C# or VB.Net for Business Intelligence solutions Expertise in Unix/Linux, Weblogic/Tomcat/Jboss/Websphere Oracle/SQL server experience and relevant certifications Advanced Microsoft Office software, hardware, operating system knowledge
