The Enterprise Technology Infrastructure (ETI) team within the Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) is responsible for enterprise-wide infrastructure services across the global footprint, including networking, production services, storage, data centers, mainframe, midrange and Cloud-based systems, distributed systems, and international infrastructure.
About the Role
This is a senior role that will work on building and implementing frictionless experiences for WF team members. Will be responsible to define the strategy and collate employee feedback, design thinking processes, analyse data and market trends to develop a persona taxonomy and the product backlog. Will also lead 1-2 agile squads to lead the development of the frictionless capability and other mobile applications. The incumbent will have experience in developing mobile capabilities, agile, exposure to UX/UI, working in and influencing cross functional teams. Lead the determination of technical and operational feasibility of solutions. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource; provides tech knowledge and capabilities as team leader and individual contributor This role may have people management responsibilities also.
Partner across the Technology Infrastructure Strategy team, Risk mgmt. team, business leaders and advisors to bring together a comprehensive solution for the company
Provide strategy development and execution support on the various aspects of frictionless user experiences for the team members
Develop and execute complex, industry-leading customer experience solutions for web, mobile and desktop applications.
Responsible for delivering transformative user experiences while practicing design thinking and user centered design methodologies
Development of strategic recommendations based on research and analysis
Hands on technical analysis, modern web and mobile UI/UX design, development, unit testing, and product quality assurance throughout the entire software development life cycle
Lead the product development team, providing strategic direction of usability evaluations, architecture and throughout the development lifecycle Influence roadmaps and business decisions by providing customer experience consideration As a proficient technical resource provide tech knowledge and capabilities as team leader and individual contributor, mentor & coach team members.
10+ years of application development and implementation experience with 5+ years on Mobile Platform - Web & Mobile App(Hybrid)
10 + years of .Net and Java application development experience or a combination of both
5+ years of design and develop responsive web applications using Angular, Angular CLI or React
3+ years of experience working with Relationship Database Management Systems (RDBMS) such as SQL Server, Oracle or MySQL
2+ years of RESTful or SOAP web services
Digital customer experience for web and mobile (iOS/Android) incl. interaction and visual design
Well Versed with Agile development including daily scrum and weekly iteration reviews and planning
Experience in Swift/Objective C/ Android native will be a big plus
Experience working in a global environment with stakeholders across multiple geographies.
Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills
Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
