Market Job Description
Manages team members that are responsible reviewing wires that have stopped in the Global Sanctions Management Operations System (GSMOS) for potential matches to the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Specially Designated National (SDN) list or internal proprietary watch lists. Reviews and determines validity of the hit, depending upon the decision taken by supplied/provided data the transaction can be released or escalates to the Global Sanctions Screening and Reporting Group (GSSRG) /Compliance team as necessary for further investigation
include: point of contact for process escalations, providing SME background for establishing staffing requirements for product and service delivery; developing solutions to customer and team member problems; acts as a liaison between the ACH departments, senior leadership and internal partners as needed to deliver quality services that meet client needs; overseeing team recruitment, training, and development; consulting with internal partners to develop solutions and strategies; providing input into the development of policy and procedures. Responsible for assigned projects and/or may participate as a member of a larger project. Generates and sends reports and analysis to senior leadership through the Monthly and Quarterly business reviews and/or as per need basis.
Market Skills and Certifications
B.A./B.S. College Degree or equivalent
Has at least 3 years of experience in a Supervisory or Managerial role
Knowledge on OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets and Control) screening is an advantage
Must be willing to work on Night Shift
Good in both verbal and written communication skills.
Strong Decision making and attention details
Ability to work in changing and fast-paced work environment
Good investigation and problem solving skills. Experience in banking and payments investigation is a plus.
Has very good stakeholder management
Willing to work on Philippine & US holidays
