About the Role
Responsible for the overall operational performance of a major functional or geographical segment of the company. Operations represent significant financial risk and performance has major impact on group and company. Manages middle managers and/or upper middle managers, possibly in specialized roles. Participates in the development and implementation of long-term strategies, policies and technological advancements. Considered an authority for complex technical, operational and processing functions with cross-group impact.
Leading Operations for a large, complex LOB and / or multiple LOBs across countries
Build and lead a team of approximately 500+ across an LOB or LOBs. This span is based on the complexity of a process
Build and lead a team to deliver quality and cost effective off shoring solutions to US managers
Manages the LOBs budgets revenues and expenses
Engage and manage stakeholder relationships and provide solutions when needed
Engage the partners (counterparts in US) to plan, assign and manage delivery of work
Operational Excellence: focus on driving continuous improvement
Risk Management: proactively identify risks and build robust internal controls
Develop and maintain a flexible and skilled resource based on provisions of the services collaborating with colleagues for efficient resource management
Create opportunities for growth both horizontal and vertical
Use Rewards and Recognitions to motivate staff and encourage performance
Improve staff engagement and manage attrition
Market Skills and Certifications
20 years of recent Customer Service & Sales experience in a call center environment for a Banking/Financial Services Organization
Flexible to work on any schedule
Amenable to work in MckInley Hill, Taguig Ciy
High verbal, written, and comprehension English language proficiency. Prior experience with Wells Fargo credit or debit products is beneficial.
