About the Role:
Manages a team of Quality Control Specialist, Quality Monitors, or entry level Quality Assurance Analyst. Responsible for quality assessment for a specific focus of the business, including monitoring methodology, quality scorecards, and reporting.
Providing guidance to staff for resolution of complex issues where expertise is required to interpret and administer company policies, procedures, and compliance /regulatory issues
Managing LOB-specific activities and providing credible challenge and direction to business partners on complex issues in order to mitigate risks to the bank. Determining root cause and identifying appropriate solutions to correct an/or to escalate problems
Participating and leading strategic initiatives to support business foals and department objectives
Developing presentation materials in a clear and concise manner and convey complex topics simply and reasonably
Representing the department on functional area at a broader level audience in diverse forums
Designing .developing, implementing and enhancing monitoring programs and will partner with the managers from each supported business line to providing information and consultation whole ensuring continuous improvement and full transparency

Market Skills and Certifications
Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree (4 year course)
5+ years of experience in customer service or financial campaign
Relevant Work Experience - 1+ year of monitoring experience, 2+ years of supervisory experience or 3+ years of team leadership experience
With experience as people manager in the BPO industry
Flexible to work shifting schedule/s
Amenable to work in Taguig City
