Market Job Description
Delivers standard and complex training material for several courses and multiple components (e.g., new-hire, refresher, process, product or systems, customer experience skills) to a varied audience through directive teaching methods in classroom and virtually, to help individual contributors, managers, and mid to senior managers develop crucial functional job skills.
Assists in consultation with various level business leaders on functional learning strategy.
Uses advanced knowledge of general learning and development programs to understand the interconnectivity and business impact of various learning solutions.
Provides one-on-one or group coaching to assist in the learning of new skills.
Acts as a mentor and/or peer coach to new and tenured L&D Facilitators.
May act as site training point of contact.
May lead low risk projects.
Partners with instructional design team to recommend modifications to keep functional course content current and to enhance L&D programs, resources, and tools.
Market Skills and Certifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
5+ years of relevant experience in training delivery, training facilitation, or a combination of both;
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills;
High verbal, written, and comprehension English language proficiency as well as facilitation in front of a small group. Prior experience with training/adult learning and facilitation is necessary.
Virtual Training experience is preferred.
Training Needs Analysis is a must for the role.
Candidate must be willing to work in Taguig (Mckinley Hill, Mckinely West and Uptown BGC)
Shift: 10 pm – 7 am
