Wells Fargo India enables global talent capabilities for Wells Fargo Bank NA., by supporting business lines and staff functions across Technology, Operations, Risk, Audit, Process Excellence, Automation and Product, Analytics and Modeling. We are operating in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai locations.
The Consumer Lending Technology group within the Enterprise Information Technology business consists of Home lending, Auto and Platform support for various applications across retail/mortgage lending businesses.
About the Role
You will work as part of the BPM Platform Support team to support applications from Servicing and Capital Markets areas. You will interact closely with multiples internal teams like Middleware/Database/Network/Application Development teams etc.
Handle medium to complex automations end to end delivery
Implement solutions on artificial intelligence, image processing through OCR technologies
Requirement understanding and provide a feasible and more efficient solution
Help team members in understand the complex requirements and implement solutions
Ownership of tasks assigned and meeting the deadlines
Streamline existing process in project
Focusing on documentation and resolution steps for knowledge base enhancement
Adhere to processes defined in the project
Actively participate in team meeting and in meetings with stakeholders/internal or external teams.
Handle the questions that the line of business have on the solution / implementation
B.E. / B. Tech and 8 years' overall Work Experience with automation and Blue Prism,
Strong experience on artificial intelligence, image processing through OCR technologies
Strong experience in business Analysis, Process improvement
Understanding of BPM - Background in servicing processes, preferably back office fulfillment functions
Benefits calculations (transaction Time improvement specifically) and ROI through a capacity creation
Proven experience in innovativeness
Excellent creativity in process design / redesign
Ability to merge technology & process
Strong stakeholder management skills including influencing skills
Ability to process overhaul and redesign
Diligent with detail orientation
Awareness of features & functionalities of other popular RPA tools in the market.
Able to handle guide 5-6 team members technically and functionally
Experience of working across one or more domains within Consumer Lending space
Certification in Blue Prism and UI Path.
