Market Job Description
Responsible for ensuring that data quality is maintained so that data can effectively support business processes.
Consults with clients to assess the current state of data quality within area of assigned responsibility.
Design and conduct moderately complex analysis to identify and remediate data quality/integrity issues and to identify and remediate process/control gaps.
Recommend plans for the development and implementation of initiatives that assess the quality of new data sources.
Develop recommendations for optimal approaches to resolve data quality issues.
Identifies data quality metrics and executes data quality audits to benchmark the state of data quality.
Develop reporting to monitor and track ongoing data quality levels.
Adhere to data governance standards and procedures.
May provide support to regulatory analysis and reporting requirements.
Market Skills and Certifications
Must have completed at least 2 years of college education
1+ year/s of experience in analysis and/or reporting and knowledge of WCIS.
Ability to research, compile, and perform in-depth analysis on critical operational data.
Ability to independently provide summary and recommendations on operational data.
Possess good troubleshooting, technical, and resolution skills.
Ability to multi-task on projects.
Has exceptional reporting and analytical skills and a general understanding of operations policies and procedures.
Must be quality oriented with demonstrated high-level of attention to detail
Demonstrates willingness and takes measures to learn new skills and tasks.
Must be able to takes initiative for ensuring timely completion of set tasks.
Ability to submit deliverables on a timely manner while still being able to perform additional tasks (work priorities, deadlines, management reports, etc.)
Core work hours will be 1:00PM to 10:00PM Manila time.
Candidates must be flexible in working or extending work hours if deemed necessary by the business
Must be amenable to work in McKinley Hill area, BGC, Taguig City
