About the Role
The role will manage responsibilities of PMO and also act as liaison to GSPO
Responsible for overall PMO/Business Management Support
Responsible for development, management and maintenance of reports for various units of CB CIB including design development implementation and support of Excel Reports, and other tools working with cross-functional teams.
Participates and leads different management initiatives; interpret & present results of analyses & provide recommendations to sr. management.
Assist in the overall PMO responsibilities and coordinate various activities across CB CIB businesses
Responsible for complex assignments to identify & define strategic business plans that require analyses & translates info into insight, knowledge & understanding of the business & the industry
Assist and responsible for designing the CB CIB dashboard to demonstrate success, opportunities, business initiatives, and tracking progress towards the overall performance of CB CIB
Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills and organizational savvy are required to independently lead, present or support working in environments that includes internal, external, multiple levels of Leadership and customer teams
Tracking and monitor specific trends emerging from the on-going reporting functions to enable the Leadership to make informed decisions.
Responsible to complete various activities on hiring, technology, access management etc. within required timelines
Develops customized reports, ad hoc analyses and make recommendations for alternative solutions
Monitors the quality of work and looks for ways to improve efficiency.
Demonstrates a deep understanding of all reporting systems and diverse data sets
Ensures adherence to data management/governance regulations & policies
Global Solution Program Office Responsibilities
Work closely with CB CIB GSPO team and act as conduit for India Philippines teams. Also, collaborate and prepare a playback on offshoring for business ops team. Drive effective communication, engagement and participation across levels in India φlippines to support our transformation journey
Provide overall governance on GSPO related responsibilities
Work closely with GSPOs to enhance the Transition framework and create an effective process
Track and record the Demand Forecast and corresponding Transition progress to report any anomalies
Create Target Operating Model and be responsible for execution of horizontal and transformation related initiatives
Market Skills and Certifications
Bachelor/Master Degree in preferably in Business Administration/Commerce/Computer Application.
Overall 15+ years of experience
Requires strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities
Possess high technical skill in MS-Office Applications and other database tools and applications.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
