Wells Fargo, Corporate Trust Services is a part of Wholesale Banking. Wholesale Banking is comprised of dozens of business lines that work primarily with commercial banking customers, meaning middle-market businesses with 20-500 million in revenue. In CTS, We gather money and information from debt issuer and distribute money and information to debt investors.
: Team Member should possess good knowledge on securitization, CTS products and services, capital markets (Bond and share market), securities laws and regulations governing CTS operations. Team Member should have the knowledge of various roles Wells Fargo plays in CTS deals i.e., trustee, master servicer, escrow agent, transfer agent etc. Team Member should be flexible to get cross trained on multiple processes, co-ordinate with team and complete the deliverables in stipulated time.

Works directly with Relationship/Account Managers in administering the most complex and non-routine portfolio of accounts and independently handling the ongoing transactions of the account.
Assists relationship/account managers in proactively handling and resolving customer issues and problems; interfaces with operational areas, internal departments and outside vendors as needed to resolve problems.
May provide daily account management administration of a basic portfolio while continuing administration duties on complex accounts.
Ensures accounts are managed according to policies, procedures and regulations; and monitors daily account administration.
Provides guidance to more junior specialists/associates. May have team lead responsibilities in the relationship/account associate group.
Ability to interpret and comprehend complex legal documents
