: This position will work closely with all the Information and Cyber Security functions for all the Incident and change review and maintaining compliance for IT controls and procedures.
Market Skills and Certifications
This position will be responsible for reviewing the incidents, changes and related processes and actions for Information Security team. This position will be responsible for providing Change Coordinator and Incident Management support for all IS teams. This position will be responsible for providing assistance and support to team members to meet the minimum requirements established by ECM and ETRIM. Interact with teams on Incident Management tickets and resolution activities. In addition this position will be engaged in continuous process improvement activities related to Change and Incident Management.
Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that meet business requirements.
Responsible for certifying all existing IS groups and review/action on orphaned groups
Responsible for reviewing incident/Change requests as per ECM guidelines and approve the changes
Responsible for working on Preventive action and advising IS groups responsible
Responsible for monitoring of timelines to be met by IS groups on Incident, Change and Problem management.
Guide IS team members on the pre-requisites for approving Incident, Change and Problem requests.
Generate various reports and apprise management on the compliance of Change requests of all IS groups.
Working closely with Change owners, SMEs and other stakeholders to identify change scope and creating statistical reports and performing analysis on a weekly basis for areas of responsibility.
Working closely with owners and teams responsible for Incident, Problem, Release, Configuration, Service Level and Deployment processes to ensure tight integration of changes with other key processes.
Providing regular change notifications (planned & unplanned) to impacted lines of business and senior managers with appropriate data including business impact, application affected and relevant details regarding change Implementation.
Chairing and managing weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and daily service review meetings.
Ensures that all CAB meetings are scheduled and facilitated effectively including the timely generation and distribution of meeting agendas and minutes.
Develops, implements, and manages Change management policies and procedures, monitors the effectiveness and efficiency of the Change Management process and proposes required improvements.
Ensures that standards and procedures are being followed, reviews and validates final approval on all planned changes.
Auditing Remedy tickets for change management to document monitoring and recovery steps.
Capturing incident follow-ups and completing formal post implementation reviews.
Quality monitoring all tasks related to Team's daily activities and other issues pertaining to Team's Schedule and adherence.
Prepare KPI's, monthly Dashboards and share the same with the management/Client.
Provide updates and weekly status to Client in Weekly status call with Shore side.
Analyze all escalated application issues, identified potential risks and impacts, interfaced with client technical teams to meet SLAs.
The position will have dual reporting into US based Manager and India Manager. This position demands high degree of partnership with Shared Services Teams, Vendors, and Other Businesses across US & IND Teams.
Close to 4-5 years of experience in Incident/Change management
Strong documentation and communication skills
Minimum 1-2 years of experience Macros
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in computer science or information systems
Understanding and experience with metrics-based continuous process improvement programs desired
Appropriate and active certifications like ITIL/COBIT
Experience working in a large enterprise environment
