About the Role
Responsible for leading cross functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives that are larger in scope and complexity for the Operation Excellence function for the Wells Fargo EGS Delivery organization. Responsible for the overall strategy and direction of process engineering / Operational Excellence in line with EGS Delivery strategy. Provide the thought leadership to maximize the value delivered by the GIC to the enterprise by improving / transforming the business processes
Manage periodical audits by internal/external entities that includes (and not limits to) preparation, documentation, presentation and closure for the EBPM teams, prepare and present data both for data purposes and execution change control. Manage data from sources across EBPM and present to leadership to enable strategic and key decisions through data visualization techniques and data analytics Develops metrics and tracks/evaluates performance of projects/programs, services and initiatives Ensures plans/programs adhere to appropriate timelines and targeted outcomes Responsible for completing integrated process analyses, identifying procedural and control deficiencies and recommending solutions Works on / Solves complex problems involving multiple, possibly competing, business processes/process segments to identify risks/ impacts/ opportunities and where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible variance factors, conceptual thinking, and problem solving skills. Process design can include introducing new technology, staff and significant change to current structure

Provide training and act as a mentor to less experienced team members & educate and coach others on process improvement techniques & methodologies. Delivers LSS green and Black Belt training programs Develops and leads departmental process design or improvement initiatives within fast-paced environments, utilizing process expertise for multiple business groups and providing analysis Seek, share, and institutionalize best practices and promote industry standards and the use of the latest/most effective solutions Simplify and modernize processes and functions with deep domain understanding on business lines (WHSL/ WIM/ CAP Markets etc.) Identify and recognize best practices that can be replicated across business, be the change lead for the business that he / she supports. Assist in creating required work culture and visibility of work for the team to better manage Seek, share, and institutionalize best practices and promote industry standards and the use of the latest/most effective methodologies for cost measurement and productivity
Bachelor's or Master's Degree from recognized university Has 8+ years of overall experience; of which 4+ as Process Initiatives Consultant or similar roles Certified Green/Black Belt Practitioner & expertise in the Process Decomposition competency Knowledge of Process Definition, Implementation, Process Mapping, Quality / Process Modelling High Level of Process decomposition/modelling skills including advanced skills in diagrammatic packages like Minitab and Excel Analytical Tool Pack Functional /Technological/Business mapping skills Strong Comprehension, Communication & Analytical skills Change Capability with extensive Domain understanding on any specific business - WHSL / WIM/ Consumer Banking etc. Ability to redesign processes and enhance solutions through identifying Technical / digital solutions for Business Problems - RPA/ RDA / Workflow / Bolton etc. - Prior implementation experience preferred
Certified Black Belt in Lean/Six Sigma certifications, excellent exposure to Business Process Management platforms, Data Analytics, Data Visualization, Process Engineering, Transformation and Re-engineering, AI, Machine Learning, Big Data, Design Thinking
