Wells Fargo Indiaenables global talent capabilities for Wells Fargo Bank NA., by supporting business lines and staff functions across Technology, Operations, Risk, Audit, Process Excellence, Automation and Product, Analytics and Modeling. We are operating in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai locations.
The Business Services team across locations provides processing and voice support and to enable a follow-the-sun delivery model for Wells Fargo that would help us service our customers faster. Business Services teams perform bank operation processes across divisions of WF Home Lending, Wholesale Ops, Wealth & Investment Management (WIM), PVSI & Community banking.
About the Role
Require candidate from Home Mortgage background who has vast knowledge in Default Accounts Payable (DAP) process with minimum of 2 year experience in the same field. He/She will be responsible to perform reviews on the files completed by production team, conduct Process Knowledge Test (PKT), calibration and error analysis session for the team.
Prepare Monthly Error Analysis and Daily & MTD Quality Report to Production
Prepare Weekly & Monthly Accuracy Report
Perform bottom quartile analysis on monthly basis and share recommendations with management
Contribute in Quality calibration and discussions with the LoB
Actively participate in LoB calls, proactively send the MOMs and make significant contributions
Get Cross trained on all other DAP QC process by end of 2020, provide SME support to these teams
Taking up additional initiatives within the process group without having any impact to current team management
Ensure Timely corrections and update timesheet accurately by all TMs on a daily basis
Timely completion of any task / initiative assigned by management
Ensure new team member training is completed in a timely manner
Ensure the new team member progress report is prepared and shared weekly/monthly with the management
Ensure process knowledge tests are conducted for new team members and results are tracked and shared with the management
Training Feedback survey scores on training effectiveness
University degree in Business or related discipline Home Mortgage background with experience of 2 year in Default Accounts Payable (DAP) process
