We have an incredible opportunity for a Labor & Employment Associate with 2 - 6 years of experience for its Sacramento office.The ideal candidate will have broad based experience in employment litigation, including 2 or more of the followings areas: single plaintiff, discrimination and wrongful discharge employment litigation, wage-hour matters, or class and collective actions. Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills required. 2 - 6 years of labor and employment experience, ideally working on single plaintiff matters, discrimination and wrongful discharge employment litigation, wage-hour matters, or class and collective actions
Excellent academic credentials
Stellar analytical skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
Admission to the California Bar (required)
