Market Job Description
Responsible for covering EU institutional clients in the distribution of primary and facilitation of secondary trading activity in Credit and ABF Products as well as supporting and backing up senior members of the WFSE EMEA Spread Sales team.
Additional to the below function, this role will be deemed an ACPR Controlled Function:

The primary areas of responsibility for the role are as follows:
Work as a junior member of the EMEA Spread Sales team to learn the nuances of the product and market set, client dynamics, solicitation and trading etiquette, end to end trade flow and obligations.
Support the team and their client needs as well as building, nurturing, and enhancing your own account set
Providing clientele with all relevant WFS Spread Product information regarding trading flows, pricing levels and relevant new issue material deemed to be appropriate by Wells Fargo legal & compliance and regulators
Work hand in hand with the Spread Trading Team to increase information flow and to facilitate trading between Wells Fargo and our clients base
Leverage and collaborate with other Wells Fargo Fixed Income specialists, such as research and syndicate, in coordinating the firm's resources to meet our clients' needs and enhance overall client relationships within the bank
Work effectively with our global product partners to improve the distribution of Spread products and increase our client footprint whilst advancing the broader EMEA and Global business
Responsible for compliance with internal and/or regulatory standards and policies outlined for WFS within the infrastructure framework provided
To maintain and expand Wells Fargo's reputation for excellence, character and client service
Market Skills and Certifications
An undergraduate degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent)
Extremely strong interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
Quick learner and thinker
Prior experience/knowledge in asset/liability management, Spread products and markets would be advantageous
Fluent in at least one other language such as French/German/Spanish or Italian would be preferable
Proficiency with Excel and Bloomberg
Professional certification of the AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) appreciated, otherwise to be obtained when hired.
